We're a Denver exterior cleaning company. We wash houses, roofs, driveways, and commercial properties around the metro.
Who we are
Denver is rough on the outside of a house. The wind packs dust into concrete, mag chloride comes off your car all winter, and hail knocks granules off the roof. Every few summers the smoke comes in and leaves a film on the siding. A lot of the bad pressure washing we see is somebody using cold water and too much pressure on all of it.
We started Copperline to do it the right way. Our trailers carry a hot water pressure washer for concrete and a separate soft wash pump for siding and roofs. We give you a written price before the job, show up in the window we gave you, and walk the property with you at the end.
We work on homes, HOAs, storefronts, restaurants, and parking garages all over the Denver Metro. Estimates are free, we're fully insured, and if something isn't right within 72 hours we come back and redo it.
Our equipment
Every trailer is set up the same way, so any crew can handle any job we book.
Hot water pressure washer
Heats water up to 200°F at 4,000 PSI and 8 gallons a minute. We use it on concrete, brick, and stone.
Soft wash pump
A separate low-pressure pump and tank for siding, roofs, and stucco. It sprays about like a garden hose.
Surface cleaners
A spinning bar under a round housing that keeps the spray even on driveways and patios, so there are no stripes.
Water-fed poles
Filtered water and soft brushes on long poles for windows and solar panels. It dries without spots.
Water recovery
Drain covers, berms, and a vacuum for commercial sites where wash water can't go down the storm drain.
How we run a job
- We show up in the window we give you. We text when we're on the way. If something comes up, we call before the window starts.
- The written price is the price. It only changes if you add work.
- We don't pressure wash roofs, stucco, or siding. Those get a soft wash. Hot water and pressure are for concrete and masonry.
- We protect the property. Plants get watered first, outlets and lights get covered, and we rinse the street when we're done.
- We walk it with you at the end. If we missed something, we fix it before we pack up.
