Terms of service
The ground rules for estimates, scheduling, and the work.
Last updated: January 1, 2026. This is a sample policy for a fictional business, provided as part of a website design concept.
Estimates
Estimates are free and are based on the information and photos you provide or on a site visit. Written quotes are flat-rate and valid for 30 days. If conditions on site are materially different from what was described, such as hidden stains, extra square footage, or access problems, we will tell you and confirm any change in price before doing additional work.
Scheduling
We give you an arrival window rather than an exact time. We will notify you as early as possible if we need to change it. Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule.
Weather and freeze rules
We do not wash when temperatures are at or near freezing, or when a freeze is forecast soon enough that water could freeze on surfaces, because that creates slip hazards and can damage concrete. Sealing requires dry surfaces and minimum temperatures set by the product maker. Heavy rain, high wind, lightning, and hail are also grounds to reschedule. Weather reschedules are never charged.
Property access
You agree to give us safe access to the work areas, including unlocked gates, a clear driveway where needed, and pets kept indoors. Please move vehicles, furniture, and fragile items away from the work area, or let us know in advance so we can plan around them. If we arrive and cannot access the property, a trip charge may apply.
Water and electric use
For residential jobs, you agree to provide access to a working outdoor water spigot and, where needed, an exterior electrical outlet. Water and electricity used during the job are provided by the property. For sites without access, we can bring water for an added fee quoted in advance.
Pre-existing conditions
Cleaning can reveal existing damage such as cracked concrete, failing paint, loose mortar, oxidized surfaces, hail damage, or leaking windows and seals. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or for damage caused by them. We note anything significant we see and share photos when we can.
Re-clean guarantee
If any area we cleaned does not meet the standard in your quote, tell us within 72 hours of completion. We will return and re-clean that area at no charge. The guarantee does not cover new staining, weather, or stains we identified in advance as not fully removable.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is complete unless your written quote says otherwise. Commercial accounts may be invoiced on agreed terms.
Limitation of liability
We carry insurance and take care on every job. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Colorado law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
