Why we use filtered water
Denver water is hard. Wash a window with tap water, let it dry, and you get white spots. Our system filters the minerals out. We scrub the glass and frame with a soft brush on the end of a long pole, rinse with the filtered water, and let it air dry. There's nothing in the water, so there's nothing left on the glass. It works in full sun.
Upper floors
The poles reach most second and third-story windows from the ground. That's safer for us and keeps ladders off your siding and out of your landscaping.
Screens and sills
We take the screens off, brush and rinse them, and put them back. Sills and frames get scrubbed along with the glass. If a screen is torn or bent, we'll set it aside and let you know rather than force it back in.
Hard water stains
If sprinklers have been hitting the same windows for years, the spots may be etched into the glass. A normal clean won't take those off. We can treat them with a mineral remover first, and we'll tell you up front if some of it is permanent.
Price
Most homes run $179 to $499, priced by the number of panes. Divided windows with a grid count as more than one pane, so let us know if you have them.
Window questions
Do you clean inside windows?
We focus on the outside. If you want the inside done too, ask and we'll quote it.
Can you do windows the same day as a house wash?
Yes. We wash the house first, then do the windows last so they stay clean.
Do I need to be home?
No, since we only clean the outside. We do need the gate open to get to the back windows.
