Sprinkler rust
We see more orange sprinkler stains in Littleton than almost anywhere else we work. Older irrigation lines and some well water carry iron. We treat the stains with a rust remover, not pressure, and we'll talk with you about the sprinkler heads or a filter so it doesn't come right back. Most rust jobs here take an hour or two.

Fences
A lot of Littleton fences are cedar that's gone gray. We clean and brighten the wood at low pressure so it's ready to stain. If the fence is shared, we do your side unless your neighbor wants theirs done too.
Main Street
We clean sidewalks and storefront entries downtown early in the morning, before shops open.
Littleton questions
Will the rust come back?
If the sprinklers are still hitting the concrete with iron in the water, yes. Fix the heads or add a filter and it stays gone much longer.
Can you clean my fence a week before I stain it?
That's good timing. Give it two to three dry days and you're ready.
Do you work in the older neighborhoods near downtown?
Yes, a lot. Many of those homes have long concrete patios out back that haven't been cleaned in years.
