New driveways
If your house is only a year or two old, the driveway has probably never been sealed. New concrete needs about 28 days to cure, and after that, sealing before its first full winter helps a lot with mag chloride and flaking. We use a penetrating sealer that doesn't change the look. Not sure if yours was ever sealed? Splash some water on it. If it soaks in and darkens right away, it wasn't.
Fiber cement siding
Most new homes here have fiber cement siding. It's tough, but it streaks if the cleaning solution dries on it. We soft wash it one wall at a time and rinse before anything dries, especially on the south and west sides in summer.
Solar
A lot of the newer homes have panels on the roof. We clean them with a soft brush and filtered water and can do it on the same visit as the house.

Broomfield questions
When should I seal a new driveway?
After it's cured, about 28 days, and before its first winter. Late summer or early fall is ideal.
Why does my siding look streaky after I washed it?
Usually soap dried on it in the sun. We can usually fix that with a proper soft wash and a good rinse.
Do you clean office buildings near Interlocken?
