Two-story townhomes are a lot of glass. We clean upstairs windows with a water-fed pole from the ground, so there are no ladders against the siding.

Can you work with our HOA's schedule?
Yes. We plan around parking, pool hours, and quiet hours, and can split the work across the year.
Do residents need to be home?
No. They need windows closed and patios cleared on their building's day.
Can you do the sidewalks without washing the buildings?
Yes. Sidewalks and curbs can be their own scope on their own schedule.
