Scheduling
Most commercial jobs are overnight or early morning, before you open. We do one-time cleans or a monthly or quarterly schedule. You get photos after each visit.
Water and drains
Hot water is a must on commercial sites. Restaurant grease and dumpster pad buildup won't come off cold. Our trailers carry their own water if there's no spigot we can use.
Wash water isn't allowed down most storm drains. On sites that need it we use drain covers, berms, and a vacuum to recover the water.
Paperwork
We'll send a certificate of insurance before the first visit and follow your site rules for check-in, parking, and access.
If something comes up on site, like a broken sprinkler head, a damaged curb, or a dumpster gate that won't close, it goes in the visit notes with a photo so your maintenance person can deal with it.
Pricing
Commercial work is priced per visit after we walk the site. Small storefronts usually start around $250 a visit. A recurring schedule costs less per visit than one-time cleans, because the buildup never gets bad.
Commercial questions
Can you do a whole strip center on one bill?
Yes. We can bill the property manager for the common areas and bill tenants separately if they want extra work.
Do you clean restaurant hoods?
No. Hood cleaning is a different trade with its own certification. We clean the outside: walks, drive-thrus, and dumpster pads.
What about gum?
Gum gets hot water up close, one piece at a time. It's slow work, so heavy gum areas are priced on their own.
