After a hail storm
Arvada gets hit by hail most summers. The granules it knocks off shingles end up in the gutters and downspouts. After a big storm, get the gutters cleaned and have a roofer look at the roof. We'll photograph anything we notice while we're up there.
Brick homes
There's a lot of brick in Arvada, from Olde Town to the ranches built in the 60s and 70s. We check the mortar first. Solid brick can take hot water at moderate pressure. Painted brick gets a soft wash only, so we don't lift the paint.
Newer homes toward Candelas
The newer homes up toward Candelas mostly have fiber cement siding with stone at the base. The siding gets a soft wash, and the stone gets checked like any other.
