Dust and wind
Aurora gets a lot of wind off the open ground to the east, and you can see it on the east and north sides of houses. If you can draw a line in the dust on your siding with a finger, it's time for a wash. Once a year is fine for most homes. If you back onto open space or a construction site, twice is better.
Driveways
Three-car driveways are normal in Southlands, Saddle Rock, and Murphy Creek, and they collect a lot of mag chloride over the winter. We do most of them in April and May, once the snow is done.
Commercial work
We clean storefronts, sidewalks, and drive-thrus along Havana and Iliff after close, one time or on a monthly schedule.

Can you check for hail damage while you're there?
We're not roofers, but we photograph anything we notice and send it to you.
Do you go out past E-470?
Yes, for most of it. If you're in one of the newest subdivisions out east, just ask.
Can you do the garage floor too?
Yes, on the same visit as the driveway. We push the water out the door so it doesn't run under your shelves.
Do you clean HOA common areas?
Yes, in a few Aurora communities. Have your manager get in touch.
