Pressure washing in Denver

Most of our Denver work is older brick homes, alley garages, and a lot of leaves.

Working on city lots

A lot of Denver homes sit on narrow lots with an alley out back and the neighbor's house a few feet away. We park at the curb or in the alley and run hose to the back of the lot. We keep runoff off the neighbor's side and out of the storm drain.

On blocks where people work from home, we try to save the loudest part, the surface cleaner, for after 8.

Older brick

Old Denver brick in neighborhoods like Washington Park and Park Hill is softer than modern brick, and a lot of it has been repointed more than once. We test a small area and look at the mortar before we use any real pressure. Painted brick and painted wood porches get a soft wash only.

Trees and gutters

The big elms, maples, and cottonwoods along Denver streets fill gutters every fall and drop sap on walks in the spring. If you're under one, plan on a gutter clean every year after the leaves come down.

Denver questions

Can you work from the alley if there's no driveway?

Yes. A lot of our Denver jobs run from the alley or the curb. The trailer stays out of the way and the hose reaches the back of the lot.

Do you clean rentals between tenants?

Yes. Landlords book house washes, walks, and garage pads for turnovers, often on short notice.
