Smoke film
After a heavy smoke stretch, houses in Golden get a gray, greasy film on the siding and windows. A hose won't touch it. We soft wash the siding with a degreasing solution and clean the glass with filtered water so it dries without spots.

Steep driveways
We park the trailer on flat ground, chock the wheels, and run hose up to the work. On a steep driveway we go slower with the surface cleaner and work from the top down.

On homes close to the creek, we keep wash water on the property with berms and use products that are safe to rinse into the yard. Nothing goes toward the water. If you're on a well or septic system, tell us and we'll plan the runoff around it.

Can your trailer get up my driveway?
Usually we don't need it to. We park at the bottom and run hose up. We carry a few hundred feet of it.
Do you clean decks with a lot of sap on them?
Yes. Sap gets a solvent and hand scrubbing first, then the normal wood clean.
Should I wait until smoke season is over?
If you can. Washing in the middle of a smoky stretch can mean washing again a few weeks later.
