Mag chloride
Most Highlands Ranch driveways have a white haze on them by March. That's mag chloride off your tires. Hot water takes it off much better than a hose, and a sealer afterward makes next spring easier. Most driveways here take about two and a half hours.
Got an HOA letter?
Send us a photo of the letter and the house. Most letters here are about dirty siding, mildew on the north side, or a stained driveway, and all three are a normal visit for us. In spring we can usually get you on the schedule within a week or two. We keep the trailer tidy on cul-de-sacs and don't block anyone's driveway.
Fences
A lot of the fences here are the same cedar style, and they go gray fast. If you're staining after we clean, check your HOA's approved stain colors first.

Highlands Ranch questions
Should I seal my driveway after it's cleaned?
We think it's worth it here. A penetrating sealer slows down mag chloride and doesn't change how the concrete looks.
Do you work with the community associations?
Yes, on common areas. Homeowners book their own homes with us directly.
How long does a driveway and house wash take?
Most of a morning for a typical two-story home.
Do you work Saturdays?
Yes. Monday through Saturday, 7am to 7pm.
