How we treat oil
Each stain gets a strong degreaser, scrubbed in with a stiff brush and left to sit so it can break the oil down. Then we rinse with water up to 200 degrees. Heat lifts a lot more oil than cold water does.
If a shadow is left, we put down a poultice. It's a paste that dries on the stain and pulls the oil up into it. We come back in a day or two to take it off.
What to expect
Fresh drips usually come out completely. Stains that have been soaking in for years get much lighter but can leave a faint mark. We'll tell you which is which before we start, so there are no surprises.
Bigger areas
Shop floors and parking pads with a lot of leaks get degreased and then fully cleaned, so the treated spots don't end up lighter than the rest of the slab.
Price
Priced per stained area, usually $99 to $299. It costs less when you add it to a driveway clean, since we're already set up.
Before we come
If the car is still leaking, get it fixed first or park it somewhere else for a while. Otherwise you're paying us to clean a spot that gets new oil every day. For a fresh spill, cover it with kitty litter right away and sweep it up the next day.

Will the degreaser hurt my concrete?
No. It's made for concrete, and we rinse it all off.
Can you get oil off asphalt?
We don't treat oil on asphalt. Degreasers soften the asphalt itself.
How long does it take?
A few stains take about an hour. A poultice adds a short return trip a day or two later.
